We strive to offer the best insulation vacuum bag on the market. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, just return your unused bags with a note describing why you are disappointed within 30 days for a full refund on your returned bags. Tough Bags that have been used are non-refundable.
If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request and provide a full refund.
If your order has already been shipped, you may still request a cancellation. In such cases, you will be refunded the amount of the purchase, excluding the shipping cost incurred by Tough Bags to provide you with the benefit of free shipping. The refund process will be initiated upon the return and receipt of the product in its original condition.
Tough Bags are called Tough for a reason! If you do have any problems with your bags, please reach out to our team and we will replace your bag at no charge*.

Your item must be in its original, unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.
